Limited Edition Items

All our clothing items are limited edition. Due to the nature of these products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for size issues within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Contact us via WhatsApp at +221 76 577 08 10 to initiate an exchange.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided for:

• Damaged or defective items (with photo proof)
• Wrong item received
• Item significantly different from description

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

• Surprise Sticker Packs (mystery items)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

Refund Processing

Charitable Donations

Please note that the charitable portion (50% to Palestine relief) of your purchase is non-refundable as it is donated immediately upon purchase confirmation.
