1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the XamSaDine AI website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All products are limited edition items. Prices are listed in CFA (West African CFA Franc). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. All sales are final once an order is confirmed via WhatsApp.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed through WhatsApp and payment is processed via Wave mobile money. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We will send confirmation of your order via WhatsApp.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Senegal. Delivery times vary based on location. You will be notified of shipping details via WhatsApp. XamSaDine AI is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
5. Charitable Contribution
50% of all proceeds from product sales are donated to Palestine relief efforts. The remaining funds support the development and mission of XamSaDine AI platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of XamSaDine AI. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
